Career

Welcome to mulreay.com. My career has been a journey of continuous learning, growth, and contributing to the transformative power of technology within business processes.

The Foundation:

Business Analyst at Slater and Gordon Lawyers, Malta (4.5 Years)

My professional journey commenced at Slater and Gordon Lawyers in Malta for a UK/Australian company, where I honed my skills as a Business Analyst for 4.5 years. During my tenure, I was deeply involved in analysing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing technology-driven solutions to enhance productivity and client satisfaction. My role demanded a keen understanding of both legal and technological frameworks, enabling me to bridge the gap between IT and legal services, ensuring that technology served as a backbone for operational excellence.

The Transition:

Product Owner at Red Acre (Nearly 4 Years)

Building on the foundation of process analysis and improvement, I transitioned to the role of Product Owner at Red Acre, where I spent nearly four years mastering the art and science of product management. In this role, I was responsible for guiding the development of innovative software products from conception to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product offerings not only met market needs but also exceeded expectations. My journey at Red Acre was marked by a series of successful product launches that significantly improved user experience and operational efficiency, underscoring the importance of user-centred design and agile product development practices.

The Present and Future:

Payments Product Owner at Betsson

I am now embarking on a new chapter as a Payments Product Owner at Betsson, where I aim to leverage my accumulated experience to enhance the payments landscape. In this role, I will focus on optimising payment processes, enhancing security measures, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience for users. The opportunity to contribute to Betsson’s mission of offering superior online gaming experiences excites me, and I look forward to driving innovations that align with consumer needs and industry trends.

Conclusion:

My career has been a testament to my belief in the transformative power of technology when applied with insight and innovation. Through each phase of my career, I have strived to bring about positive change, whether by improving legal processes, creating user-centred products, or enhancing payment systems. I invite you to join me on this journey of continuous improvement and innovation. Let’s explore how technology can create not just better businesses but a better world.
